Stand alone online consultation
This is a single 90 minute session in which we look at Birth, Postpartum and I hold space for you.

Service Description
In this 90 minute session we will work through: - your birth preferences -think about informed consent - Physiology of birth - have a think about your boundaries in birth and postpartum. - I will hold space for you to ask questions and talk about previous experiences. - You will come away with a document outlining all we have talked about, further reading and your 'Main things' page.
Cancelation Policy
I am not able to fully refund a session. Depedant on the closeness to the session, I will refund 50%. minus the deposit. I am always happy to reschedule though and will try and make it work so you are still supported at another moment so please do get in touch if you feel you are unable to make a session.
